Turwan of Pythaen buys much of the Pedwar fishing fleet’s daily catch and operates what amounts to a fishmarket. Pike, salmon, and trout from Lake Arain can be purchased fresh, smoked, salted, or dried. His business is an important part of Pedwar’s food economy, helping supply both the village and the garrison at Zerhun Fortress.
