Adar Meleken was the father of Sedris Meleken and the previous Earl of Osel, succeeding to the title in 689 TR. He was married to Lady Pelael Bastune, sister of Baron Greon Bastune of Kolorn. His sarcophagus rests in the crypt of Caer Qualdris, beneath a fresco of Sir Arvan Meleken, the first Earl of Osel.
