Master Abalon is a member of the Guild of Arcane Lore who runs a school for the children of Tashal’s guildsmen in the Heru Gate district. He tutors students who need to know how to read, write, and sum in order to qualify for apprenticeships, and teaches older students grammar, rhetoric, and mathematics. Abalon is a fair poet and his knowledge of folklore is prodigious.
