Mera of Naradas

Mera runs a clean tavern and is quick to take a broom to any who “plot mischief.” Three labourers help her make ale and small beer. Little of it is sold outside the tavern, and none of that goes to the Tower Inn. Mera is a widow and has never remarried, although many have asked.
