Clavro is a cousin of the Timberwrights’ guildmaster and is responsible for one of the guild tenement buildings, subletting to three other families. He is a master timberwright and operates a sawpit upriver near Rifeld Manor. Timber logs are floated down the Kald and Shem to the mill, and the sawn lumber is then shipped by talbar or wagon to Tashal. Clavro’s wife, Renelka, looks after the building and other tenants when he is absent.
