The Four Kingdoms
When Lothrim failed to return from Kiraz in 120 TR, his empire collapsed and local warlords seized power. Four kingdoms emerged:
Nurelia (125–235 TR)
See Kingdom of Nurelia. Founded by Sanric I of Clan Ethelyen. Eventually absorbed into Kaldor when Lotin the Gray died in battle and Nurelian nobles offered the crown to King Kalabin.
Kephria (128–187 TR)
See Kingdom of Kephria. Founded by Shala of Clan Eith who sacked Kelapyn-Anuz (Tashal). Overrun by the Kath after the battles of Hosat (178) and Lareb Hill (187).
Pagostra (137–184 TR)
See Kingdom of Pagostra. Founded by Hain of Clan Parlis. King Orsin, unable to stem Pagaelin incursions, swore fealty to Kingdom of Serelind in 182.
Serelind (142–188 TR)
See Kingdom of Serelind. Founded by Calsten of Clan Tane, aided by a great jeweled sword gifted by the King of Azadmere. Medrik I united all four kingdoms to form Kaldor in 188.
